I'm Sartaj Sandhu, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the founder of Praxis Wellness. I started this practice because I believe everyone deserves access to therapy that genuinely sees them, their culture, their history, and the full complexity of their experience.

With over 10,000 hours of experience, I've supported individuals and families through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and the unique pressures that come with navigating life between cultures.

I embrace a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach in my work. I understand that your mental health is shaped by important aspects like family dynamics, migration journeys, and community expectations. These elements are key chapters in your story, and they truly matter. Together, we navigate them to support your well-being!

Sessions are available in English, Punjabi, and Hindi because some things are best said in the language closest to your heart.
